Course Description: This course is designed to teach families how to safely engage loved ones in daily functional tasks that build strength in key muscle groups, prevent stiffness and contractures, support overall health, and manage pain while protecting caregivers from injury.
Families will learn how to encourage independence without overwhelming, under-helping, or risking injury on either side. Emphasis is placed on realistic. sustainable strategies that preserve mobility, confidence, dignity, and safety at home.
